I accept both card and cash payments.

Cancellation Policy

Your full payment or deposit to Heartwood Massage is transferable to another date and time up to 24 hrs before your booked appointment subject to availability and if rebooking appointment must be rebooked within 3 months.

 Cancellations within 24 hrs are non transferable and non refundable.

Be assured we are taking every precaution to keep us all healthy, so if you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms or are self isolating please reschedule your appointment to another date thank you.   

Recommended before treatment

Please arrive 5 minutes before your treatment to catch your breath and fill in a client form

We recommend turning off your mobile phone

Having a shower or bath before hand

and avoiding large meals and alcohol.

Recommended after treatment care

 Drink an extra glass or two of water and 

schedule in some quite time for reflection and rest.
