where full payment is required with card.

If you would like to pay with cash please send me a message and I can book you in manually. 

I accept both card and cash payments.

Cancellation Policy

Your full payment or deposit to Heartwood Massage is transferable to another date and time up to 24 hrs before your booked appointment subject to availability and if re booking appointment must be re booked within a 3 month time frame.

 Cancellations within 24 hrs are non transferable and non refundable.

If you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms or are self isolating please reschedule your appointment to another date thank you.   

Recommended before treatment

Please arrive 5 minutes before your treatment to catch your breath and to fill in a client form.

  Turn off your mobile phone,

Avoid large meals/alcohol.

Recommended after treatment care

 Drink an extra glass or two of water and 

schedule in some quite time for reflection and rest.
