We are currently unable to answer calls or respond to voice message's.

Bookings

When a date and time has been arranged via text or email we ask for a 50% non refundable deposit to confirm your treatment/s with the remaining balance to be paid on the day with card or cash.

If you need to self isolate due to to Covid or are unwell your welcome to carry your deposit over and re book your appointment subject to availability.

This arrangement can only be offered when 24 hrs or more notice has been given.

Advance bookings are advised as preferred times and availability are not always guaranteed. 

Recommended before treatment

Please arrive 5 minutes before your treatment to catch your breath and fill in a client form and enjoy a cup of herbal tea. 

We recommend turning off your mobile phone

Having a hot shower or bath before hand

and avoiding large meals and alcohol.

Recommended after treatment care

Drink lots of water 

To receive all the benefits from the essential oils we recommend not showering straight away after your treatment

and scheduling in some quite time for reflection and rest :)
